Hi everyone longish post, So I had 2 5d blastsby FET (no trigger) on 16/8 I got my first faint line 21/8 (5dpt) and again today slightly darker but then I had some implantation bleeding literally once when I wiped around 5am today it was like egg whites but pink can tell it was blood but not bright red just keep checking now and had nothing since yet. Just to clarify I know it's too early to test my test day isn't until 27/8 but this is my 4th transfer each was successful but I lost them all between 7-8 weeks and after many attempts I find watching the lines get darker soothing in some way. All my other pregnancies I never got a positive until 8dpt or later. When looking to check it was implantation bleeding as with all my others I didn't have any I came across posts saying you can't get a positive before implantation bleeding so I'm very confused I had a positive? Has anyone else had a positive before what I assume is implantation bleeding? I'm hoping I'm not alone and something isn't wrong I'm getting all good signs still have some light cramping originally was all on my left side now it has switched to the right side I'm also having headaches had some back twinges the first three days after transfer that has subsided and my boobs are more sensitive everyday this could be because of the progesterone as I have lubion and cyclogest. The only other thing I'm having this time I didn't have with all the others is a bit like sharp shooting pains that feel as though they are in my vagina (if anyone has that odd shooting pain up their booty it's that but in the front)

Hey, congrats on your BFP! The first time I was pregnant in May (sadly this ended in an early loss but unrelated to what I am about to tell you) I actually got a faint line and then had bleeding. I phoned the early pregnancy unit because my tests just kept getting darker despite the bleed and they said it's still implantation bleeding or decidual bleeding. If implantation bleeding it's because the full implantation process takes several days and can take a while for the bleed to be 'released' on wiping. If decidual it's where a small part of your uterus (not where the embryo has implanted) still sheds but it doesn't affect the embryo.

They told me bleeding in early pregnancy is super common and as long as lines are getting darker it's nothing to worry about. So don't panic, you'll be absolutely fine <3
