Did I ovulate this month?

According to the Premom app I'm 6DPO, but my temps are way down. I had a small rise when I expected to ovulate but since then my temps are below my base line. I've attached my chart - any thoughts?

I'd say it looks unlikely that you did (or at least unlike you did so far) do you do lh testing?

I used to do OPK testing but stopped the last few months as bbt was pretty accurate on its own (and I was trying to 'relax' as everyone recommends 😩).

Might test for the rest of the month, see if that shows anything. Never had this before, anyone know if it's normal to just not ovulate?!

It's very normal to have the odd cycle where you don't ovulate. You might find if your cycle is regular that you get your period on time anyway, or is possible you'll skip your period too. It's nothing to worry about and if you haven't ovulated this month there's no reason to think that you won't next month.

Urgh, it's so disheartening! TTC for well over a year now, no hint of a BFP and now randomly not ovulating!

You might just be ovulating late. This happened to me this month. Had very regular cycles for the past 2 years and then randomly this month have ovulated a week late out of the blue. If it helps it was CD21 when I ovulated so I would keep tracking!

That's interesting @WishS92, I use an Apple Watch to track BBT so do that automatically, but might do an OPK each day to see if I get a rise at all. When did you get AF if you ovulated late? Was it also a week late?

I had an anovulatory cycle last month. Terrifying at the time but turns out it's totes normal.

Back to my usual ovulating Self this month and currently 8dpo and praying for baby dust.

Thanks @GLC789 that's reassuring. I'm over 40 so every quirk of my cycle makes me worry about peri, so I'm hoping things go back to normal next cycle.

In case anyone has a similar issue in future I thought I'd update. My temps went up again after the initial small spike, and my period was later than expected, so I think perhaps ovulation was either delayed or didn't happen at all. I have been taking Proceive Max vitamins, so not sure if they're having an effect of some sort on my cycle. Going to go back to doing OPKs this month too, in case my temps are odd again, to try and pinpoint ovulation.
