Hi, I wondering if anyone can help. Myself and DH are trying to conceive and I've had a very strange month. Usually my cycle is 28 days. This month on day 25 I got a very light period, day 2 was heavy, day 3 light again and nothing day 4. My periods usually last 4/5 days. My cervix is also still very high. Anyone else had anything similar happen?

Cycles can go a bit iffy, especially when ttc. There are so many things that can affect cycle length and your period.

That's not to say it's impossible that it was a heavy implantation bleed. It's possible, just unlikely. Doing a test is the only way to rule it out

Hello, I’m after some advice please.
In June I had a miscarriage. I bleed for a few day around 4. Me and partner, had sex, and continued for the rest of june. Then July, we fell out I did not see him. I had a period on the 12th of July. Then this month we started sleeping together again. My period is late. So I’ve done a pregnancy test, I did a clear blue, it’s came up positive 2-3 weeks, which usually means 4-5. Has anyone ever caught straight away after a miscarriage? Would this mean I conceived in June? Because I tried to work it out I thought I’d be 6-7 weeks pregnant. Or is the pregnancy test just picking up previous pregnancy?

@Mummy5999 The weeks are just right since july 12 was almost 6 weeks ago. Many women get pregnant straight after a miscarriage. Apparently your fertility is a bit higher after that. Similar how a lot also get unexpectedly pregnant very soon after giving birth.

Thankyou, I just found it so confusing, as some else said to me, I would have conceived the first week of august. But me and my partner have only slept together June. And then 9/15 of august. We fell out the whole of July, so we never slept together that month.
move never had a miscarriage before, so I wasn’t sure if you can conceive straight away or not. Thankyou, kinda gives me a piece of mind now x
