OPKs are stressing me out

As the title says - very stressed, and getting quite obsessive with peeing on a stick and am only 2 cycles in.

I've ovulated on day 14 and day 17 of 28/29 day cycles so far.

Do you think that just having a lot of sex from CD10 - CD20 will be enough? I am looking for any way I can be more chill about TTC, because right now I feel like I am going a little bit mad...

@Orlahoping if you're getting stressed out by them then stop for sure, TTC is stressful enough without anything added on top. I think if you're able to/happy to have lots of sex for 10 days then I'd do that! I only track ovulation because we need to use home artificial insemination as my partner can't be certain he'll finish from sex. If we were a high sex drive couple and had no issues, I'd not track as religiously!

I think the POAS puts me off sex too a bit so will try a month without. Every day might be a bit much but I think we could manage every other.

Best of luck to you on your TTC adventure @moosey89 😊

@Orlahoping thank you! You too. Yeah I completely get it - since we started used the artificial insemination and sex isn't connected to the POAS my sex drive and sex fun has been so much better!

if you're finding it stressful, and because it's early days trying, honestly stop. NHS recommends sex every 2-3 days throughout the month
