I’m 33 and have two children, I stopped breastfeeding my second in May and have since had really irregular periods (for me). Some months my cycle length is 25/26 days but others it’s only 21/22 days. I had very regular cycles pre pregnancy and even while I was breastfeeding (28 days). I came off my pill in October 2022 due to increased bleeding.
My smear test is due so trying to book that between not bleeding is proving difficult but should I be concerned about this fluctuation? what could be the cause of it and is there anything I can do to lengthen my cycle? We’re hoping to TTC baby number 3 mid next year and I’m worried my irregular cycles may put a stop to this. Has anyone else experienced similar?
