Second pregnancy with Letrozole (PCOS)

Hi ladies,
I wonder if there are someone who used Letrozole to conceive their second or more children. I had a successful first pregnancy following third round of Letrozole 5 mg. I have severe PCOS, anovulatory cycles, and a total mess with hormones. BMI is normal. I would love to try for another child next year and just wanted to hear people’s journey on Letrozole second or third time.

I didn’t try yet, still breastfeeding my first one. He’s is 13 months old. I will try after that. How are you?

Ive taken a break from ttc. Trying to get my health and diet in check and just have alot of stuff going on at the moment. Will start ttc again in July.

Hi - conceived my first on clomid, now wanting a second. Did your GP prescribe letrozole or did you get it from a fertility clinic?

We had a miscarriage last autumn
Ive had colonoscopies and mris since then.

We are trying again now
I have pcos
Partner has reduced morphology
Partner is taking wellman and zinc.
Im on metformin, myo inostol and anti sickness for pcos. And folic acid and vit d.
Have the option of 2.5 mg Letrozole next cycle if i want
Childless at 37.5
