Just wondering if there’s anything I can do to get myself and my dh ready to start trying in October. As annoyingly was going to start trying this month but had to have my Hepatitis B and MMR vaccinations today for my new job 😬 I then have my second dose in 4 weeks and then got to wait another 4 weeks after that. Feels like a lifetime away!
Im on folic acid already and got a stone to lose to get in the ideal bmi range. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi there! I’m also going to start TTC in October. I think the only thing we can do is eat a healthy diet, take folic acid and vitamins and be a health weight. Perhaps start cutting down on daily habits such as caffeine so you have some time to adjust. Also mentally prepare for the amazing journey ahead by enjoying the down time and taking chances to enjoy what’s left of this sunshine! ☀️

Hi there
We tried for a year and half or so. I got pregnant after using Preseed lubricant - make sure you get a special one that helps conception (standard lubes have a spermicide to kill sperm!). I'll never know if that's what helped but it was worth a shot!
