Pre conception tablets and reduction in EWCM?

Hi I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if I’m going mad. Been ttc for a wee while now. I started taking pre conception tablets about 6 weeks ago and the last 2 cycles I’m pretty sure I’ve noticed very little if any Ewcm. I don’t know if it’s coincidence but I’m just wondering if this is a side effect or if I just need to try to do something else to improve Ewcm? Before on these pills, I would notice it every month around ovulation. Thanks!

I’m wondering the same. On cycle 5 now, have been taking Vitamin D and Folic Acid the whole time and Vitamin C in the last month or so. I always get the EWCM and over the last 2 years of tracking it’s always started been between CD10 and CD13 consistently. However this month, I’m on CD16 now and I’m sure I haven’t seen any. And it’s usually so obvious! I’m wondering if I’ve missed it or confused it with semen?!!

It’s frustrating because I’ve been so consistent over the years that I didn’t do any OPK’s this month as thought I knew my cycle and now wishing I had so I’d know either way! I usually get a peak 3 days after seeing it so if it’s not arrived yet then I have no idea when I’m going to ovulate.

I had been on pre conception vitamins for 3 months after my miscarriage and also noticed a reduction in EWCM. However I still got pregnant this month after using CB ovulation kit so I don’t think it is anything to worry about!

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask if you take a multi vitamin (pregnacare conception) or folic acid and other vitamins by itself x

@Gkb90 Both times when I have conceived I have been taking conceive plus fertility support which basically has everything in and also proceive omega supplements.

@KatieJ345 thank you for letting me know! If I’m unsuccessful this cycle I’ll definitely order these for my next one

Ok thanks everyone. I’ve heard mixed reviews about pre conception pills but I’ll maybe go onto just the folic acid and vitamin D soon.
