Hi everyone. I have 2 children who I conceived with clomid as I was told I wasn’t ovulating and had no periods. I got pregnant again recently, as my periods returned. I was shocked at this especially as I’d had no help! However, the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. I just wanted to ask if anybody else has been in a situation like this where they first needed help getting pregnant and then it just happened? I’m just wondering if I’ll need clomid again or if there’s any chance I can ovulate by myself now that my body has already done it once. Thank you x

Can anyone help?
I've been diagnosed with PCOS in Nov 23 in December i started to take metformin tablets 1000mg a day
in December I had a period which lasted for 5 days and was a normal flow
since this I have had struggle to identify if I have been ovulating (misleading clear blue digital tests results) and now on I’m my period but it’s not really a period more like spotting which has taken place for 4days.
i don’t understand how last month was a good flow(without to much detail) and this months there’s been literally nothing :(
