Has anyone used Fitbit Sense for BBT?

Mine has a skin temperature function but not sure how accurate it is. I don't want to "actively" measure BBT if I can help it because I am already obsessed with tracking LH and CM/cervical position and stressing myself out with it. I have thought about the Ava bracelet but don't want two devices.

Happy to hear any experiences :)

Hey, I have the Apple Watch which has a similar function. It’s pretty spot on at measuring O (within a day or so) but does make me anxious in the 2ww so I try to ignore it. I find it handy though for seeing I definitely ovulated. There’s definitely potential for it stressing you out! On the upside though I never test early because I always know by the temp drop that my AF is coming.

That's good to know! I will try out using my Fitbit for that purpose and see how I get on

I have the Fitbit versa 4. The skin temperature bit is not good for bbt as it’s skin temperature. Even something like whether your arm is inside or outside the bed covers can affect it. My skin temperature was up and down all the time for all different reasons. Im not wearing it at the moment as I’m 38+2 weeks and can’t sleep much so wearing it started to stress me out seeing how little sleep I was getting 😂
