Took one test at around 5 and immediately could see a line, did another 5 minuets later and it was negative. Is it possible the first test is invalid?

How did you do it 5 min later? Same urine or did you drink loads to wee again? I'd just take one tomorrow with your first morning wee (most concentrated) and go woth that result. Hope you get the result you want.

Different urine, glass of water and practically forced it. Thank you

You'd need to not drink and hold your pee for 3-4 hours to get a valid results. You pee would have been far too diluted for an accurate result with only a 5 min gap and water in-between x

My period was due on 17 January and I still have not come on, I am 44 years old, I did a test a couple of days ago and the line is very light, wot do I do

@Saras79 maybe see if the doctors will check your hcg level via blood test? You may even be perimenipausal
