Experiences after day 5 embryo transfer

I had a day 5 embryo transfer on Monday in Cyprus and came home Wednesday. The day after I started with backache and dull cramps. Just wondering what people's experiences have been.

I had a 5d embryo transfer last month.
Cant say Ive experienced any symptoms so far, and I am 6 weeks today.
But Ive seen others report spotting, cramps, nausea... It really varies from person to person...

I had no symptoms whatsoever for the first 6 weeks, no backache, pains, nothing, but the result of my 5 day embryo transfer is asleep in his cot upstairs, so try not to read too much into perceived ‘symptoms’, I know it’s very hard.

I’ve had 5 day embryo transfers that worked and didn’t work and honestly couldn’t tell the difference either way.

@TarquinOliverNimrod I've had previous transfers with my own eggs and they didn't work. This time I used donor eggs and transferred two.
Trying not to compare previous to this time. Trying to keep distracted.

Hi everyone,
sorry for jumping out a slightly later post. I’m currently 6 Days past a 5 day transfer and feeling a bit down today thinking it’s not working. People who have no symptoms does this include also not much cervical mucus also? I have been having very small amounts but feel on the whole it’s not much and dry. Hoping this doesn’t mean it’s failed.

@GingerFox2021 Unfortunately the first transfer I had resulted in a chemical pregnancy, we went back a few months ago and that transfer didn't work, we are going back to Cyprus in a couple of weeks for a third transfer. Xx
