Does it really live 5 days

I know they say sperm can live 5 days but what's really the chances of it.

Has anyone conceived 3-5 days before ovulation?

Yes, definitely. I conceived on the 17th April but ovulated and had ovulation pain etc 3 days after and had a positive pregnancy test on 1st May (previous tests were all negative). At the time my friends kept telling me I couldn’t possibly be pregnant, but my baby girl is now 7 months old!! Good luck xx
