It’s our 3rd month trying after a chemical pregnancy. I’ve only just started trying to use the temping method. I have attached my chart , as you can see I ovulated on the 4th of July. I know it’s still too early to know but could I be hopeful this cycle? I had a temp spike on 5dpo , not sure what the could be?!

It's too early to say. For me my temps start to drop at 12 dpo if my period is imminent! Basically you can't really tell, especially as this is your first cycle temping so have nothing to compare to.
