Thoughts on BBT chart

Hey,

Do you think I did ovulate on Fri as FF says, or is Tues more likely based on my BBT?

Peak clear blue ovulation test on the Thurs and fertile CM around that time does make Fri more likely but just curious if any thoughts around much steeper rise in temperature since Tues.

Realise I don't have lots of data on my chart as just decided halfway through to start charting and I've been a bit erratic with timings this month so I know that's not helpful.

Will be more consistent with this next cycle if don't get a BFP this time 🤞

I’d say if your timings have been a bit erratic then I’d probably rely more on CM and OPKs for O date this month. Everyone’s different, but I find even 30 mins sleeping difference makes for a significant BBT difference. If you slept in a bit later on Thursday and woke up a bit earlier on Tuesday I’d say FF has it right. If instead you slept in later Saturday/Sunday then more likely a Tuesday O (based on how I’d read it if it were my chart)
