Two missed periods and pains

Well, as you can guess from the title, I've skipped two periods and have been dealing with some odd belly cramps. They're not exactly like period pains, a bit sharper, really. I've also been feeling some discomfort in my cervix , kind of like spasms. But despite all this, I'm still getting negative pregnancy tests.
The last time I saw a GP, I felt brushed off. They told me they don't do blood tests anymore without a positive urine test. We've been trying to conceive for for more than 6 months now, and it's getting harder to stay patient, especially when everyone around me is popping out babies.
Does anyone have any thoughts? I'm hoping it's not cysts. Feeling a bit lost and worried. :(

Has anything changed. This is exactly what I'm going through.

I've finally managed to get a GP appointment and guess what? She actually did the blood tests this time! Everything came back pretty much normal, including my estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid hormones. So that's a relief. Now, I've been referred for a transvaginal ultrasound and I'm just waiting to get that appointment sorted. Fingers crossed!

If you're going through something similar, I'd definitely recommend asking your GP for an ultrasound scan ASAP. Good luck to you! 🤞
