BBT rise but didn't ovulate

Nurse told me my bloods showed that i didn't ovulate .
Bloods were taken 7 days after positive opk.
Last month they were taken only 5 days after and they said I did ovulate.
I guess I came under the threshold of 30mol/L.

Im confused how I've had a very distinct bbt rise but my 21 day bloods are negative. I believe the results were 26.5nmol//L.
I'd have to pay for an appointment to discuss this privately with a gynae as nhs conducted the first bloods so won't do them again. I had to pay for these bloods privately at a clinic.
Any advice? Do you think I've ovulated if my bbt has risen ? What would this mean could I have low progesterone?

just a random thought but positive OPK doesn’t indicate ovulation date? Ovulation occurs 12-24 hours after? So in the worst case you could have actually only been 5 days post ovulation when you had the test? Especially as you were very close to 30’mins/L!!

and FYI you can get progesterone blood tests as at home kits- I just ordered one from Superdrug, but others do them. £39. Might be a more affordable way to try again?

I'm unable to do finger prick tests so had to get it taken from the vein which cost me £75 .
It was taken 7th day after temp rise, I think I usually release the egg quite quickly after opk peak going by previous scans, blood and temps., the rise, which I thought confirmed my suspicion of ovulation so I was shocked it came back under. I was told anything under 30 means I haven't ovulated and need to increase my dosage as I'm on ovulation induction but after my first month came back that ive ovualted they've now discharged me from the clinic as I don't need monitoring so anything further I'll have to organise privately .I've been debating with myself to make an appointment to ask a doctor about this as would cost me £300 and earliest app would be next month . So I've no idea really where that leaves me for medication dosage this next cycle . ( can't go gp as they won't deal with anything fertility related )
So I wanted to get an opinion before of what others thought about this result. Period would be be Saturday if I have ovulated

Ah ok! Assuming you’re talking about being discharged from NHS help? Did the clinic say how long you have to try before they will move onto the next stage? Surely they haven’t discharged you for good whether or not you get pregnant?

I was told under 30 means not ovulated but that's quite close
