Spotting after ovulation

Can anyone advise about spotting (sorry if TMI).

I had some pinky coloured discharge after DTD on Saturday which was one day after ovulation (which I thought was confirmed with cramps, change in CM and LH strips). I didn’t have anything yesterday.
Today and yesterday I’ve got some brown discharge, only 3 and 4 DPO.
I do usually have a short luteal phase, spotting/bleeding from day 9DPO but never this early and I’m a bit freaked out. Flo app told me to seek medical advice but I doubt my GP will be able to advise.
We have been seen by fertility clinic but not officially on their books until our follow up in a few weeks. I was hoping to get progesterone support from this.
Can anyone offer any advice?
Cycles are usually pretty regular - 26-29 days but today is only day 21. I think it's too soon for implantation.

I have had the same as you started spotting and light bleeding at 5dpo with cramping and continued to spot brown, due on my AF in 6 days but continued to spot and it’s not normal for me to spot after ovulation. How have you got on?

Hi, I came on unfortunately. Ovulation can cause spotting so wondered if it was that. It’s not happened again

@windsor22 so sorry hopefully you will have more luck next time. I bet that’s what’s happening to me, probs going to come on soon 🤦‍♀️x
