IUD removal

Hi guys.

I'm looking at TTC to like my dates up for a September onwards 2024 baby. I know it doesn't always roll like this but I have an IUD.

When should I look at getting my IUD removed. A nurse advised November time when I had it checked (Strings a v short >< because it can take 3 months.

My experience was I conceived the cycle I had it removed. Mine was a non hormonal coil / IUD so periods and ovulation weren’t affected.

I have hormonal. The marina coil I think it's called.

I guess it means weighing up whether earlier or later is best for you?
or could remove it sooner so the hormones are returning to normal levels but use condoms in the meantime?
