12dpo on cycle 8 of ttc - I've got no symptoms but have been symptom spotting every cycle and everything has turned out to be PMS - sore boobs, cramps, even vomiting.

I had an internal ultrasound which showed a cyst on my right ovary and nothing else of note, waiting on bloods for a very irregular cycle.

I've got a clearblue for the morning, but could I be pregnant if I'm not experiencing any symptoms?

Yep you can be - some women never get the "typical" symptoms. Fingers crossed for you.
