Advice on clearblue Evap lines?

Hi all,

first post so be kind. First month ttc (baby no 2). I gave in and tested early, before you say it I know it’s really early. 🤣

but I’ve not had experience with evap lines before and wondered if anyone could tell me if this is what it is?

it’s super faint but there’s definitely something there. I’m only 7dpo so if it was bfp i’d expect it to be faint, but can’t see much colour and I read on another post that means it’s evap?

obviously I will test again in next few days but just wondered if anyone had one similar to this and it did turn out to be bfp or if it’s just evap?

Did it come up straight away, or after it had dried? I can see a very faint line, but honestly I always got one with blue dye tests. If it came up straight away I’d be more inclined to be optimistic. But really, I’d say get some pink dye tests, ideally first response 😊

My experience of clear blue, is no matter what the colour of the line, if it's as thick as the control, its positive, if its thin, it's an evap. I had a full, bright blue line last month but it was thin and I wasnt pregnant. With my last baby I had a grey, thick line, and I was pregnant

It was within the timer so wasn’t dried yet. Thank you for your response. I’m definitely going to wait a day or two (try to anyway) and then use a first response 🙂
