Low sperm morphology

Hi all. My partner has just had the results of his sperm analysis which showed low sperm morphology (1.5% when the WHO suggest at least 4%.) We already have one child (very fortunately conceived first time) but my partner is now on new medication which we’re concerned may have impacted his sperm. Ideally we don’t want him to come off this (Sertraline for depression).

His other results were good.

Count was 35.1 million per ml (WHO recommend 16m and above) and 90.2 million total count/per ejaculation (WHO recommend 39m and above)

Motility was 49.6m.

Can anyone tell me: if the other results are good (eg: if his sperm count it high) does that counteract the low morphology?

Also, if it is the fault of the medication, will supplements help or would he need to come off it completely?

Thank you so much. Am I’m my TWW now and feeling very deflated.
