First response tests

Hi everyone,

does anyone know if first response are going out of business or no longer distributing to the UK? They’ve always been my go-to for pregnancy tests but they’re becoming harder to get hold of. I managed to order one on Amazon today but it won’t arrive for 3 days.

Be careful with the amazon ones - a lot of fake ones on there.

Many of the first response were withdrawn from sale late last year/ early this year so either they are struggling to get them back on the market or they haven't fixed whatever fault it was that got them withdrawn from sale

if you’re after one now, go to savers - they do a test called answer tests and they’re exactly like frer’s they even look the same. and £2.99 for 1

I always used first response but struggled to find any and got fed up of spending so much on tests. I got some easy @ home tests from Amazon and got a positive at 9dpo so pretty much the same day you would with first response so I’d recommend them.
(fairly certain it was definitely 9 as I’d been tracking ovulation and I ended having to have an early scan that dated me back to the same date)
