Hello everyone. I've been following some threads on here and find you all so helpful. My partner and I are hoping to start trying for a baby early next year and in preparation I've been trying to log on glow every day as I'm hoping by having a good few months of data that it'll be accurate 🙏

But I have some questions:

  1. Is the paid version worth it? Or is the free version fine?
  1. How much do you think is important to fill out? Things I always fill out are whether I'm on my period or not obviously But sometimes I don't really have any symptoms etc... or my mood? Is it necessary every day? Or will period be sufficient! Thanks in advance!

I'm very excited to start TTC So being able to fill this out every day is making time pass faster at least!

Sorry for the big gaps in my op! My Internet went strange and kept jumping!

I used the free option and it worked for us

I also had fertility friend.

But ag the end of the day the most important thing was taking ovulation tests (i took one am and one pm) and ensuring you have sex at the peak of each cycle.

Some of the apps analyse the strip result for you which is good, can't remember if glow does :-)

Thank you! I haven't heard of that other app, perhaps 2 at once is good as it will back up when I'm ovulating. Yes I think ovulation tests are the way forward too - perhaps I'll buy a bulk on amazon.

I bought in bulk cheap ones off Amazon and they did the trick. When I just used the app I didn’t fall pregnant as the apps often assume you ovulate on the 14th day which is the norm whereas I ovulated on the 17th.

Also a bit grim but check cervical mucus when you wipe after the loo. When it’s clear and a bit sticky you often will ovulate a few days after so worth being extra vigilant with the ovulation tests

Thanks all, this is super helpful
