Letrozol/Femara

Hello,
I'm trying letrozol 5mg for iui but am unsure what to expect and google doesn't seem to have much info. Can anyone tell me how many follicles they produced on letrozol? I'm hoping for more than one but wonder if this is likely? I'm 37 and ovulate normally so this is just to boost chances. We are a same sex couple using frozen sperm.

Wow 4! Letrozole certainly doing its job! If I were you I would have gone ahead as well. 4 targets! Highly unlikely there will be quads. Hoping at least 1 makes it!! Keep your head up. It'll happen just maybe not on the schedule we would like. Hope you are able to keep your spirits up. I'm certainly routing for you!

Hi @CarpeDiem75 wondering how things went for you I have started letrozole 5mg this month following two miscarriages. Going for my follicle check on cd12 on Wednesday

@AnxiousPoster hi, I didn't conceive at all last year (I was up to 7.5mg) despite having up to 4 mature eggs at ovulation time. I stopped and had a last go in July got pregnant but miscarried again. How did it go for you? Hope it worked 😊
