TMI: Implantation bleeding

Hi all.
I will be testing again, but i wondered if this could be implantation bleeding or if anyone has had this and had a BFP.
I am not due on until 25th/27th. I started bleeding very light last night only when I wiped. Then this morning it was heavy ish but not for my standards period wise, health conditions mean I KNOW when AF is here, I get clots the size of my hand for days and I bleed all over the floor etc so this isn't my period yet. I've never had a light bleed at all. (I have a syndrome).
However I've been having cramps and sore boobs, nausea which has faded now, headaches and left side cramping aswell as right but the left side i have noticed more.

Had this for one cycle and unfortunately it turned into AF. Hope you get better news.

Hope it doesn't 🙏🏽 but I kinda assumed I was out this month from this morning, so might stick with that until any changes, it's so weird for me, I usually am straight forward, heavy from the start 😅🤷‍♀️❤ thanks for your reply xx

I had implantation bleed on my first. It was around the time my period was due, lasted maybe two days and was far too light.
.... So could be positive from what you've said.
