Can someone please advise me about ovulation ?

I’m so confused . Had loads of ewcm today but my ovulation tests are so light ???

I don’t know what to think ! My cycle is 30-33 days and today is only cd12

Am I ovulating ? Do I trust the ewcm or the tests

You can have ewcm Maybe do every other day until positive opk. I would also use clearblue-straightforward and accurate. Good luck.

I did use the CB ones previously, I’ve changed to the cheap strip tests now as it’s taking a while and CB are pricey. May go back to them if no luck though as I’m not sure about the strips and if they are as accurate?

This month EWCM started day 11 and ovulation was day 17. OPKs light until day 16. Just keep testing. Sounds normal.

I don't think strips carry the same accuracy.

With strips they can jump from light to dark in a matter of hours. So try not to stress.

Thank you , I’ll just keep testing. I think because I usually get the ewcm the same day as a positive opk usually I was just a bit confused I feel like my body is telling me one thing and the strips the opposite! I was going to try every other day till opk is positive so I suppose even if I don’t know that’s still enough ? Sperm can live 48 hours can’t it ?

Yes 100% enough. Drs advise it. They can live for a minimum of 48 hours. A lot for 5 days.

I used to be weary of cheap ones but then they coralated with my cb peak

Getting progesterone test is a way to check ovulation

Don't know what Ecvm is. It if it's egg white slippery stuff that you make at ovulation it's the last day that you make it that's important. So I'm may case I made it for three days. You need to observe your cycle. Only got pregnant when I did it on the third day. Hope that helps.
