Late period BFN

Hi I started taking pregnacare conception pills on 16th June and this was my first time taking it.. I was supposed to get my period on the 18th July and I am currently 4 days late according to the period tracking app I use, i took a test but it came back negative... could it be because of the pills? Could the pills off track my cycle? I am 24 years. Anyone else ever used the pregnacare pills and experienced something similar?

I find all pregnancy vitamins and nutrients can affect the cycle.

My sil used to take those tablets and found her cycle stretched to nearly 40 days. This happened every month so her gp advised her to stop taking them and her cycle returned to normal.
