LH strips/Clearblue kit

Hey all,

Been TTC around 3 months now and have been using the cheap tests along side the clearblue. Started tracking on CD9 and now at CD13 I’ve had the static smiley after low fertility the last 4 days! The cheap ones don’t match the “peak” fertility of the clearblue either. Are these tests just nonsense?!

I had the exact same this month! I made a thread too and nobody really knew but people said to trust the clear blue more than the cheapie. Tbf my cheapies never go majorly dark. Sorry I couldn't be more help but I might start bbt charting instead xx

Ah thanks for the reply! I’ve left the clearblue now for this month and continued doing the cheap ones and they’re no darker! Just so annoying that it’s gone from low to peak with nothing in between! Fingers crossed for us both x

Did you test at different times of the day or at exactly the same time?

Yeah same urine in the morning!

I found clear blue ones very reliable got pregnant with both children first month.
