I found out today that I've had a miscarraige, It wasn't a planned pregnancy and I was only around 8 weeks pregnant. I have two DS (6yo and 8mo) another baby wouldn't have worked financially etc and I know what has happened was the right thing really but I still feel sad about it, not sure if this is normal?

@hayu19 of course it's normal... You've lost a baby and you're grieving. It's ok to feel sad even if baby wasn't planned. Give yourself time to grieve and to feel whatever you're feeling. It's allowed! Also remember that you will have hormones all over the place too. Sending you love and sorry for your loss. 💕

Sorry, haven't been on here for a while, thank you so much for the lovely message. I gave myself some time to be sad and I feel much better now x
