Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for the last 5 months. The first 3 months DTD was fun and exciting but over time getting continuous negative tests have made DTD more routine and repetitive so we feel like breeders.

luckily we communicate and we both feel the same, nothing to do with our relationship between eachother but feeling the pressure of it all.
We’ve just purchased some things online to try and spice it up abit more rather than looking at it as a job 😆

I would love for someone to share their story or offer support as it’s nice to know we’re not the only ones who feel this way!

I was ttc for years before falling pregnant. My dh said we’d lost the spark as it was fun but felt more like a task and stressful than having fun. The negative tests were getting us down and the ovulation kits were making us feel pressured.
I started tracking my ovulation based on how I was feeling, I would know if I was ovulating as I felt more naturally in the mood and would feel my temperature rise at night time.
we stopped all testing and decided to wait until I was late by a couple of days since periods can be irregular at the most annoying of times.

By just having fun and being a lot more relaxed, we fell pregnant quickly. It felt like the romance had come back and that’s what we were missing.
