Hello all, please can I have some opinions on the below?

Currently 12 dpo and not sure if I can see a shadow on the below.. I feel like if it was positive it would be darker than that at 12dpo - I had the same result yesterday..

Due on my period today, had some light pink spotting yesterday when I wiped which seems to have stopped today.

Please can I have some opinions, not sure if I'm going crazy?

I can see a faint line but those tests are notorious for evaps. I would expect a clearer line by 12dpo though. Get a pink dye test and try again in a couple of days if your period hasn’t arrived.

If you can, get some Boots pregnancy strips and test on those. Once you get your BFP then test on a Clearblue digital one.

Thank you both! @@Pollywoddles & @Summer2424 - I have a feeling AF will show as I did some cheapy sticks and they were negative.

I do see a line but I’ve vowed never to use these tests again as I had 4 last cycle that made me think they were positive and they weren’t. I’m hopeful for you x

Thanks you @Girlfolk and I'm so sorry to hear you had some false positives..

I've done some easy at home and wondfo tests and they are negative so I'm pretty sure it's not my month.

I've had a tiny bit more pink spotting today but not full af yet, but I'm sure she will show over the next few days.

Have you been TTC long? X

I'm also due tomorrow, and have had pink spotting since yesterday. Still nothing like the proper beginning of a period yet though.

I've had negative tests too. Clearblue did me dirty today with an evap 🙄 that was the last time I will ever use a clearblue.

I suppose technically neither of us are out till we get out periods, so, I'll wish you luck! Fingers crossed she doesn't show!

@mushroomushroom I feel like mine was probably an evap! I've decided not to test again now unless I'm really late on my period.. but I really do think it will show soon!

I wanted to get some first responses but can't find them anywhere!

I also can't get first responses anywhere! I have one left from a trip to the states earlier this year, which I'm saving until I know it will be positive (ie an internet cheapy gives me one 🤣). I don't feel as precious about the clearblue ones so I decided I'd do it this afternoon. Had bought it last month when I'd gotten my hopes up about some symptoms and my bbt still rising but then my period very swiftly arrived so I didn't even get the chance to use it then 😂

Let me know how you get on tomorrow (if period arrives), I'll keep you posted too! Xx

Ahhh that's good that you have one! I think they must be discontinuing them or something?

Funnily enough, i went to the toilet after I posted that comment and AF has arrived for me unfortunately! Please keep me updated on yours, have my fingers crossed.. sending lots of baby dust your way! X

Argh rose I'm so sorry, it's such a disappointment isn't it :( I haven't started bleeding properly but I have had some very thick CM (sorry I know it's a bit TMI) that was brown, with small bits of bleeding throughout the day. This month has been weird for me in terms of CM, I've had weeks of EWCM, and even today it's still almost egg white, just now it's dark brown and with blood. I wonder if maybe it's a chemical, and my lying clearblue was telling a tiny bit of truth :/

Anyway. Next month we have to skip TTC as I'll be abroad for work during ovulation. Let's see if I'll be able to enjoy being off my period now that it won't be a TWW 🤣

Good luck to you for next cycle! How long are your cycles?

@mushroomushroom have you taken another test today? What does that say? I really hope it isn't a chemical for you 🤞🏼

Ahh do you know what a break from it may be nice.. no more worrying about if you are or aren't for one month and then start again the following month with a fresh mind!

My cycles are usually between 27-29 days, what about you? X
