TTC baby #2 - Two week wait

Hi everyone ☺️ We’re trying to conceive baby number two and I’m currently in the two week wait. This is only my first cycle of trying but my little girl was a complete surprise so I’m feeling quite anxious about the whole thing, the whole waiting to test is killing me 🙈 Just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat? I’m about 4dpo according to my app, I haven’t tested for ovulation so not 100% sure but I’m usually pretty regular, due on my period 20th July. Xx

@katie416 @naggy095 @Moominmamma321 When I've been reading other threads people tend to get no symptoms before a positive test but you never know at this rate with how our bodies play games!

I have light cramping this morning, even more frustrating because I don't know if its period cramps or not!
I'm 10 DPO but I'm too scared to test just in case it's not what I want to see! So tired of seeing negatives!!

@Lollipop96 I know that's the usual, but I had symptoms with my first for a good week or so before bfp (that was a surprise so I wasn't looking for them)... I think that's probably why I'm reading into these ones too much though 🙈 maybe that was a coincidence and I was also ill at the time 😂

Still the only symptom I really have is sore swollen boobs and that could just be my period 🤣 roll on Thursday for af’s ETA! I hope I’m not late on if I’m not pregnant just to add to the stress of it all 🙈 I was really hoping it would happen quick again but not seeming like it. Pretty gutted tbh I hope I’m not like this every month till I do eventually catch on cos it’s getting me down! 😂 not down for this Ttc lark! Still hoping for good results for everyone else xxx

@Moominmamma321 It's so frustrating isn't it! Last month I really looked into the symptoms and the GP told your symptoms can change any cycle even after not experiencing changes for years! Just strange when it happens when TTC!

Yes good luck to everyone! I'm starting to feel more depleted and insane, annoying!

@Lollipop96 true that! Never thought I'd be the one taking tests and guessing things before af was due 🙈 felt really annoyed when the test came up negative today. Lord help my DH if this is what I'm like before we actually try 🤣

I am 11dpo (according to flo) 12dpo according you OPK today. I have no symptoms at all. Which is unusual for me by now.
We shall see what next few days bring

Well I took an early test this morning and a big fat negative! I knew I was I could feel the symptoms of PMS but part of me had hope.

On to the next month! I’m not sure what more I can do, I’ve changed my diet, taking supplements, ovulation tracking, exercising and even invested in a conception cup! Depleted isn’t the word.

@Lollipop96 sorry to hear you're feeling so low. AF made herself very known last night 🤦🏻‍♀️ still have nausia so not sure what's going on there... think I'll try not to overthink things next month...(easier said than done for sure!)
I'm taking a small positives that I have my SIL's hen party this weekend so at least I don't have to not drink and give the game away immediately 😅

12dpo and also BFN 😭 not even a squinter. That’s on Amazon cheapies. I have a FRER being delivered today which I’ll take later cos surely that should show now without needing to use FMU. So gutted, not looking forward to AF arriving Thurs 🥺

@FoodFann Not too early but you’re definitely not out yet. I’ve done a lot of googling over the past week or so and apparently you implant between 8-10dpo which is when your body starts producing hcg and it can take upto 48hrs to be at a level where a test can pick it up x

@katie416 Sorry to hear about your bfn 😩 AF is just the worst. But, you can have another go in a couple of weeks 🤞🏻

It does sucks though. af makes me cry even when I wasn't ttc. It's 10x worse now.

@katie416 are you feeling better today?
I held off testing today I didn't want thr disappointment of a bfn.
My gut last week said not this month.
But this week nothing. I don't even have my week of really sore/sensitive nipples before af. My other symptoms don't usually start 24/48 hrs before but still nothing.
I feel like I have another week before af is even due because I literally feel nothing

I caved.
I POAS this afternoon. I was staying so strong and wasn't going to test.
After feeling literally in my gut I wasn't last week. And literally no symptoms all week... this came up straight away

Hi, can I join? I am also TTC #2, on cycle 3 and 7dpo at the moment! AF is due on 27th x

I’m feeling pretty rubbish as AF is here I’ve had some spotting and it usually always happens like this so deffo know I’m out now! I knew I was earlier in the week but was still holding out hope I think.
Think I need to get a bit of a grip because it’s only the first try. Just think I’m worried bcos it happened so easily last time 🤣 x

Just bought some OPK’s on Amazon so I’m going to be turning into a crazy ttc lady this cycle 😂🥰x

Argh @katie416 don't be too hard on yourself it's emotionally draining ttc.
This was my first month using opks and it worked for me ( I also stopped taking pregnacare)

Hey ladies. Anyone back here for another cycle?? I’m 1dpo today I believe. Cycle #2 of trying. Started OPK’s this cycle and I got my peak on Thursday. Have bd every night since Tues so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 I’ve come across SMEP so going to bd again tonight, miss tomorrow and then again Monday.
For some reason I’ve had a bit of spotting / pinky blood streaked cm today so not sure if this means I’m out or not already?? I know you can get ovulation bleeding but I thought it was supposedly because of a drop in hormones so surely that’s not good if trying to get preg? 😂x

Hey @katie416 ! I’m the exact position of you but a little earlier should be positive for ovulation in the next couple of days so fingers crossed!

Oohh good luck @Lollipop96! I would love for it to be implantation bleeding but I think it’s a little early for that yet? Think I only ovulated yesterday so would not implant until at least next weekend? 🤔 I’m wondering if it’s because I’m not used to so much action!! Pmsl x
