We are TTC no 2 we are 38 , we have a nearly 4yr old , I had a MMC in April , my cycles have been all over the place since then last few days i’ve noticed a metallic taste in my mouth so took a test period not due for 6 days , what do you think ?

Definitely positive. Congratulations 🎉 I'm in same boat after MMC in March. AF due in 4 days. BFN's so far but having a lot of symptoms so crossing everything 🤞

@Sez281 my pregnancies have all been totally different, they say every pregnancy is different and mine certainly have been. With DD i mainly felt tired , some heartburn with strong metallic taste the last one was MMC and I had every symptom going , this time it’s early but I have heartburn , strong metallic taste and frequent urination .

I’m confused I took another test today (same brand , same time of day) and it was negative , i’m gutted it must of been an evap ? and yet i read the test within the time limit both times 😫

@JJM13 that's so annoying, it really does look like the first one is positive. You're not due for another few days? Any more symptoms? I know it's hard but maybe try hold off testing again till AF due? I'm currently 9DPO having cramps sore breasts and very nauseous but am going to try not test again until Wednesday when AF due. I get it's different for you though as you had BFP it's so frustrating 🥴 fingers crossed for you 🤞

@Sez281 I looked stronger in reality which is why i’m so confused why it’s now negative. I’m going to test again in a couple of days , I have developed some more symptoms of tiredness and nausea so i’m hoping there is still a chance ! it’s just so frustrating but i guess this i what’s happens with early testing !!! @JJM13 I'm after doing such a stupid thing and testing at 8pm 🙈AF due Wednesday and I've been cramping so badly all day that im wearing a panty liner but I just woke up from a nap and even tho still cramping I can't shake this feeling of fullness in my breasts that I had in Feb on my BFP before my MMC in March so yeah I just did a test (the urine was so diluted) and I probably have major squint eyes but I think I see a teeny line? I know i'm probably going mad 😭

@JJM13 those symptoms and the fact that the line looked darker in real life do sound really good.. I definitely think test in another couple of days. Looks like I'm now in exact same boat and it's a waiting game 🥴

@Sez281 I can see a little a hint of a line , definitely worth doing another test tomorrow morning , fingers crossed for you . I am not sure when AF is due for certain as my cycle has been all the place since the MMC surgery but i’m guessing at friday . So i’m going to try and hang on until wed / thurs. I very nearly gave in tonight 🤣

@JJM13 I'm the same since my MMC in March, I didn't get my proper period back until May and since then the last 2 months it's been 26d cycle so that's why I'm assuming I'm due on Wednesday. It's so hard not to test for a few days again isn't it 🙈 I will do one in the morning just to see first thing. Fingers crossed for you in a couple of days 🤞

I found out about the MMC at 8wks in march I had failed medical management and took until April (12 wk scan day) for it to be fully resolved through surgical management since then i’ve had between 33-37 day cycles when they used to be 28 , so i could be due AF anytime from Wednesday , i really don’t know . I’m just hoping because i recognise these symptoms that it means i am pregnant again .

That's so similar to me, MMC with failed medical management followed by ERPC. I have endo so my cycles ranged from 16-30 days before BFP but I think the surgical management may have cleared things out a bit as the last 2 months have been 26d and I'm currently on day 24. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for you but fingers crossed by Wednesday or Thursday you'll have a better idea 🙏

@JJM13 I also joined another thread today which I've found so helpful it's called ttc may 2023 previous mc March 2023.. everyone there is in the same boat as us and some really interesting and positive stories

@Sez281 Another negative for me this morning , only did because DH said we should . I’m going to wait now and see if AF comes or more symptoms

@JJM13 Yeah I think a couple more days and you'll know for sure if symptoms get stronger or it finally arrives. You should defo know by Thursday? I just did mine there, there's a vvvfl only a tiny bit darker than yesterday. I don't know what to think🙈. I still feel like AF is coming but on the other hand the boob fullness/pain is definitely unusual for me and was a symptom last time. I'm starting to think it's going to end up as a CP but will only know for sure in a few days too 😕

Yeah there's definitely a squinter there. I know it's past the time though so you can't say definitively. How are your symptoms now? I feel like I'm getting thrush which I never really get. Don't know if it's a sign or I'm just unfortunate 🙈

Yours is a good line !! I think mine either a very very faint squinted or more likely a evap and i’ve had a chemical . i still have the metallic taste and nausea .

Yeah yours is very faint but definitely don't rule yourself out just yet 🤞 I'm not going to get my hopes up until I officially pass what I think is AF date tomorrow or next day and wait to see if line gets darker
