Bleeding/lower back pain in luteal phase

Hi all,

I have been ttc for what seems like forever but to no avail. All fertility tests have been normal. This month, my cycle has been different and I'm not sure what could be causing it so looking to see if anyone else has ever experienced something similar.

I am not sure if I ovulated as my OPKs never reached positive (as they have done each month for the past 18 months), however, I did have some fertile discharge so I possibly did and the tests just didn't pick up on it. My day 21 blood tests have previously been okay so maybe it's just an "off" month, but still very unusual for me.

However, my main concern is that I have been bleeding (more than spotting but less than period) daily since 5 days post when I should have ovulated. I've also had a constant lower back pain and tender breasts.

I've taken x2 pregnancy tests so unfortunately know I'm not pregnant but am wondering if anyone anyone has else every experienced such symptoms or have any possible explanation? Just really don't want to feel like I'm moving 10 steps back in my fertility journey.

Thank you!
