Ovulation pain

Hi all, since coming off HBC I’ve been getting ovulation pain, however only for a few hours/one day. Would this be the day of ovulation or could it be the day before/after? I’m trying to pinpoint ovulation and I’m too impatient to wait for my BBT to increase and Natural cycles to confirm ovulation.

I think it's the day of ovulation or you get the pains and then not long later it's ovulation. You could use LH tests next cycle? Then that will tell you when ovulation is about to happen.

I did and found my peak but obviously they just tell you you’re going to ovulate within the next 12-48 hours rather than you are ovulating. I think I’m sure when I did I just wanted to check. Thank you!
