2 Days Late and Negative Tests, Thoughts?

Hi ladies, my usually extremely regular AF is two days late and I am testing negative 😥
Would you have any suggestions of why this could be? I’m trying not to worry about ectopic or anything. Surely they wouldn’t be false negatives at this stage? TIA

Unfortunately even thr most regular period can be late. Apparently a period isn't classes as late til after 10 days. X

Update! BFP at 16DPO! Just took a cheapy today as period still hadn’t come and it came back with a line so did the digital. Shocked as I was convinced I was out this cycle
