how long to wait for a period after stopping pill:) stopped then started trying straight away with no break:) and is it normal to get symptoms from stopping the pill:):)

hi all

is it normal for periods to not start the next month after coming off the pill?

stopped last pill packet on 23rd of jan had very light 2 day bleed on 26th then started trying on 31st of jan.
if i count day one from the 26th today would be cd 29 which means af late?
is this normal when stopping pill.

have had cramps,nausea,headaches,diahhrea,forgetfullness,tingly boobs,white and clear mucus.

any comments gratefully received

I went off the pill and didn't get a period for 3 months- I was told this is pretty normal. Sometimes takes time for your body to "wake up". I then got a period and got pregnant that cycle. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me... but I have heard that women are often very fertile right after coming off the pill.

As for symptoms- the only thing I got was migraines- I had them before I went on the pill and once I went off they came again.
