Hi :) I am 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow I’m getting quite frequent cramps last night they woke me up during the night and I struggled to sleep. I’ve not had any bleeding did anyone else get bad cramps early on and everything was ok?

I’m currently 4 weeks pregnant and I’ve been getting really strong cramps for the last 2 days. I keep thinking I’m going to start bleeding. I got woken up by them last night as well. It’s not helping with the anxiety at all.

Hi @Puddle13 mines have eased off now I haven’t really felt any the past few days I have had some mild on off nausea today. I have booked a scan for 9 weeks to hopefully relieve the anxiety. I am also sooo bloated just now as well.

I'm 35+3 with second DD. This is completely but normal. Your uterus is just stretching and getting used to its new housemate 😂 I also was spotting lightly with my second.

Try not to worry! Easier said than done I know. You'll find that all these new symptoms will come and go throughout your pregnancy xx

That’s good to know. I feel so bloated at the moment it’s horrid!

This is helping me feel less anxious. It’s my first pregnancy and no one knows except my fiancé and we are currently on holiday with this family so I feel slightly mad.

Just try and relax and take each day for what it is. You're pregnant and healthy and enjoy it. Even when you're past the 12 weeks stage you just worry constantly. Take deep breaths and think positively x

I also got really strong cramps from 4-7 weeks with my pregnancy, completely normal ☺️

Hi @Elli1908 I had this with my second pregnancy and was so so worried. I felt sure it was my period coming on but everything was fine and I now have a gorgeous 16 month old. I think it can be very normal so try not to worry.

Thanks everyone 🤗 the nausea has swiftly overtook the cramps today 🥴😂
