EWCM

Hello,

I may have potential PCOS as my testosterone is slightly high, and I have irregular cycles. I'm trying to treat this naturally at the moment.

I never seem to get "fertile" mucus. I probably have about twice in my life (when not even ovulating). Does anyone else have this issue? Does it mean that I am not ovulating even though I have periods?? Is there anything I can do?

TIA.

Really hard to know.
The only way to know if your ovulating is with a blood test .
You can also ovulate and not have any ewcm aswell.

I also have pcos and was not ovulating until recently. I don't have any ecwm tho during ovulation. I've only ever had it once during ovulation, months ago.
Last cycle I was on clomid and I had ecwm a few days before my period aswell.
I believe the ecwm is caused by rising estrogen .
How irregular are your cycles ?
Do you temp ?

I only see mine if reaching up to cervix and literally sweeping my finger around it. Sorry may seem unpleasant. But I only seem to find it after ovulation.
you may have it but just a little.

@PinkMandalorian I have had bloods already which they saw my testosterone was slightly high and everything else seemed ok.

I'd say very irregular, average 64 days. I am now taking vitex which shortened it to 47 days last cycle, so I'm hoping it will be more normal the next cycle.

I don't temp as I get up very early for work and I'm rather forgetful about it, I get up later on the weekends as well 😊

I've been trying vitex and spearmint capsules for the potential PCOS, I might eventually need other medications but I'm not far enough in yet.

Hi were they not concerned a about the Hugh testosterone?

SimplyChic · 06/04/2024 12:30

@Bex4567 hello, 2 months after this post I was diagnosed with PCOS so that's the cause of what mine was. Nothing else seems to be wrong though and I'm not overweight so they have just left me to it for now but I've also had other things going on personally which doesn't help.

How did they diagnosed you if you don't mind me asking did they do a scan
