Have I actually ovulated??

Hey, it’s my first proper month of tracking my BBT (see attached), have I definitely ovulated?? I’m 11dpo and have a really high cervix, and EWCM exactly the same as what I had earlier on in my cycle? I’m really confused and feel so deflated that I maybe didn’t actually ovulate? I do have PCOS and my first pregnancy was via IVF.

are those crosshairs your override or did FF put them there? FF’s detector are pretty accurate in my opinion/experience although I understand why you are doubting it, the post-o temps are quite rocky. Worth looking at the FF charting course docs they are quite good.

Meant to say there is a pretty clear thermal shift going on so based on the cm and cervix position I understand why it thinks you ovulated there.

Yeah FF did the crosshairs automatically! Worth mentioning I did use ovulation tests and I didn’t get a positive around that time, I got a slightly darker one but nothing like a positive. I stopped using them after that as assumed I had ovulated anyway and I have had unreliable results from
them previously!

Oh that sounds promising then! I don’t get a truly positive OPK but used the Premom app for the first time and took pics - helped to see the peak. I think you can be pretty confident you ovulated and FF is right if it also matches with a dark(er) OPK.

Thank you yeah I have been using Premom too. I don’t know what going on! I had a massive dip yesterday back down to my follicular phase temperature and assumed my period was on the way, and then again today it’s shot right back up and now I’m wondering if my body tried to ovulate again?! Is that even a thing?? But no signs of my period, and obviously I’ve had more egg whites and a high open cervix?!
