Am I pregnant?

Hi all. NC for this. I realise this is a board for people trying to get pregnant so I will try and be sensitive. I slept with a guy I was dating 10 days ago. It turns out he isn’t such a nice guy as despite putting a condom on, he subsequently removed it and didn’t tell me. I realised afterwards. Working on dates I had already ovulated so MAP not an option.

i am due on anytime from today (cycles are a bit random) and been having cramps and bloating for about 4 days. I normally only have that for 1 day before period and they feel different to normal.

I have some light bleeding starting yesterday but not enough to count as a period yet. I took a clear blue early test this morning and I think I can see a line. I know I need to wait a couple of days and see what happens but I really don’t want to be pregnant so I’m panicking.

can anyone else see a line? Sorry photo is a bit crap

I can possibly see a vvvv faint line but maybe re test in a few days incase it’s an evap line which I have had with these tests.

what he did is stealthing and is illegal 🙁 I’m sorry this happened to you x

I hope you’re ok @jamsaa, as PP said what he has done is illegal and I’d encourage you to report him to the police. I’d also suggest getting an STI test. So sorry that happened to you.

I can also see a very faint line but it might just be the angle of the shadow from your phone?

I too see a line. Clearblue / blue tests in general are notorious for their lines though. Maybe get a pink dye test like a boots early response if you want to try again and don’t want to wait a few days?

Thanks both. I do know it’s illegal, and I’m absolutely disgusted with him. I’m not sure I can cope with the potential fallout of reporting him right now, my brain is fried and in panic mode.

is implantation bleeding normally just spotting? Or can it be more? The bleeding is consistent with the first day of my period and I’ve read it would normally be pink/brown and this is red. Or does a positive test trump that anyway?

@jamsaa I do still see the shadow of a line there too. When did it come up?

I think implantation bleeding is pretty light and normally not red blood, but I’m not sure I’ve ever had it with my pregnancies so I can’t be sure.

Had you already ovulated when you had sex? If it was more than 24 hours before you had sex you won't be pregnant. Also if you are due so soon I'd expect a much darker line by now. It's not impossible you're pregnant but I think it unlikely. try take a breath and test again in a couple days x

@Ttcmumma i think it was more than 24 hours but I can’t be certain. I haven’t been tracking and my cycles do vary a little.

@KittyAllTheWay this was after the 3 minutes. It’s now gone to a blue skinny line but I’m assuming that’s evap

Alot of people complain of evaps on clear blue, I did have a faint clear blue that was positive but it was also about 5 days before my period was due so was expected to be fairly faint x

After several pregnancies I would have expected that line to be standing out by now. Looks more evap to me

I can't see a line, but I'm on my computer which I often struggle to see lines on. But if you were due today though I would have expected to see a strong line if you were pregnant.

Hopefully AF comes along soon.

Really sorry to hear this happened to you, how awful. These clear blue tests are terrible, I had a faint line come up after 2 mins (on 4 of these tests)a few days ago which looked a lot like yours but I’m not pregnant. Hope you get the result you want x

I can see a line but I'd get a pink dye like first response or a digi in a few days to be sure. I'm really sorry this is happening and hope you get the outcome you want. Absolute trash man

Years ago, someone did this to me as well. I would think that if you've got some bleeding you're unlikely to be pg but everyone is different.
