AF arrived 2 weeks late???

Sorry, I’m on here for more of a vent as nobody knows I’m TTC.
Period has now arrived after being 14 days late!!! Pregnancy tests negative! I’ve never ever had this before, day or 2 but not 2 weeks!!
Anyone else had the same? Don’t know how I’m going to figure out ovulation going forward.

I've heard of quite a few women's cycles altering after they start taking conception vitamins so could potentially be that?

yes, I have also read this too. I’ve never been more than 2/3 days late in my life so just feel completely in shock and really deflated today
