6dpo and strong opk

So I'm 6dpo today and my opk line is strong, I definitely ovulated earlier on in the month as it was a blazing positive then. I woke up this morning and my boobs are so painful which is never normally a thing so I decided to do an opk out the blue. Anyone else had this happen begore?

LH fluctuates throughout your cycle & some women get quite a strong + before their period is due, it doesn't really indicate anything. An OPK could detect pregnancy but it would need to be a blazing positive, which would also show on a HPT. You're only 6DPO, still lots of time.

@thatsalot it's just so strange for me as I've done opks before periods before and they're always really faint, only time will tell I guess.

I tried an OPK out of pure curiosity when I tested positive with my last pregnancy at 8 dpo and got a faint line on both a first response and an OPK.

OP, it might just be LH or it might be worth taking a pregnancy test... especially if there's a chance you might have ovulated earlier than you think?
