Any advice? I took a test yesterday, 10 DPO, and got what I thought looked like a faint positive. Took a clearblue ultra early this morning and nothing. Did I just read the first test (pictured) wrong?

That looks more like a dye run than a positive because it’s pink up to the end of the strip, did you maybe flood the test?
Opening the test also affects drying time and can give evaps. Retest in a few days.
