BFP - antihistamines

Hi all

I am 10/11DPO and had my BFP this morning (fairly faint line but def there!)

I had a question about antihistamines... I get bad hay-fever from grass pollen (which is quite high at the moment) and take loratadine daily. However I havent taken one today as I am conscious that some antihistamines aren't recommended for pregnancy. I'm planning to try get a doc appointment to ask but my GPs are terrible at the best of time (looking to change soon) so I wondered whether anyone had any recommendations of an antihistamines recommended when pregnant please?

Thank you

The NHS website seems to say that loratadine and cetirizine hydrochloride are both antihistamines safe to take with pregnancy. I’d defo check there and with my gp

Congratulations! I took loratadine when pregnant with my son, and have taken it this year whilst breastfeeding. No issues at all. The NHS guidelines as a PP said says that it’s fine.
