Would 'failed implantation' have specific symptoms?

I'm 13DPO, spotting and basically out. On 8/9DPO I had such weird, specific symptoms I've never really had before and I was convinced it was implantation. So now it looks like AF is coming, I'm wondering if what I was having would be associated with attempted and failed implantation instead? I felt nauseous, sometimes feeling really, really nauseous, stabbing and prickling pains lower left and lower right, a more gnawing pain slightly higher up on the right, lower right back pain, terrible headache associated with nausea waves.

Could these just be implantation symptoms for an implantation that just didn't work?

I had something like this last month. Very similar symptoms to my first pregnancy including heightened sense of smell and weirdly odd SPD already. Never took an early test so can’t say if it was a CP.
however from what I have read you only get symptoms from the HCG which is following implantation so an early CP seems more likely if the egg was fertilised?

That was my impression too (that there shouldn't be any symptoms until a few days after successful implantation), but I just can't explain the set of symptoms I had and the timing of it too (8DPO)!

I was testing every day first urine, early tests, and it was completely negative until I stopped testing 2 days ago because I was driving myself nuts.

Agh this TTC is enough to drive you nuts isn’t it!
