So I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks in march and after that had a 72 day cycle.
Last period after that was 16th May. I had positive ovulation strips for 7 days straight at the beginning of June but no normal ovulation symptoms, no EWCM, no ovulation pain etc so I don’t think I ovulated.
Im now on day 40 and no period still. Not pregnant as pregnancy test is negative.
Is this normal following a miscarriage? Really just want things to be back to normal as I had very regular 30 day cycles beforehand
Thanks in advance for any input

I've never had a miscarriage so I don't know but ever since having my baby in June 2022 my periods have never been the same before getting pregnant they used to be regular and I could predict when I'd come on now I'm having longer cycles almost a whole month and more without one and they last longer aswell I've had a pregnancy scare I didn't come on for that long turns out I wasn't I eventually came on but it was sooo late anyways I've had the implant put in now and I told the nurse who did it because it's worrying me and she says there's something that could be going on with me like a chemical imbalance or PCOS so it's worth to speak to a GP xoxoxo
