LH peak higher after miscarriage

Hi, my DH and I lost two babies in the past year and are currently trying again. After a miscarriage two months ago, I finally caught my LH peak yesterday using OPKs.

Usually my peak is around 0.8/0.9. However yesterday was 1.5! Why is my LH so high this month? Is this a post-miscarriage thing? Does higher LH mean higher chances of conceiving or am I just looking into things so deeply?

I was told I'd have a higher chance of conceiving in the first 3 months after miscarriage, and to a lesser extent in the following 3 months.

So sorry to hear of your losses. I've also heard you can be more fertile following a mc. Not sure that was true of me as took us 3 attempts to get pregnant again which then resulted in another mc just last week. Hoping I'll ovulate again this cycle but no idea.

Jumping in here as I miscarried last month. Not sure if it was chemical or missed as nothing showed on the scan not even a sac and I felt nothing pass. Bleeding started on 24th May for about 13 days with the last 3 days just being pink when I wiped.

im not sure if I ovulated early or it was left over hormone from the pregnancy as you can see below I was super high with my LH.

I was due on about 3 days ago and nothing. I’m usually regular between 27-29 day cycles. I have taken a test which there was a feint pink line but again I don’t know if thats a new pregnancy (as we have been back at it almost daily albeit carefully except twice and really wanted a full cycle to go first) or left over from the Mc - which it shouldn’t be as my HCG levels dropped way down as confirmed by numerous weekly bloods at the hospital. It’s was 585 the last time and that was over 2 weeks ago and I defo had a negative test afterwards.

Hi lovely, I’m sorry to hear about your loss. The only advice I could give would be to monitor to see if that faint pink liner becomes darker over the next couple of days! With my first miscarriage, I had a couple of rouge faint positives in the weeks following (didn’t get a period until 9 weeks after! But I was 11 weeks and had to have an ERPC so hcg must have been quite high).
