Ovulation tests?

i have been ttc since august last year by just following my ‘predicted ovulation day’ on the flow app.
I fell pregnant in march but had an early miscarriage at 5 weeks.
wanted to try out some ovulation tests this month as never used them before and wanted to see how accurate my ‘predicted’ date is as I have long cycles.
I ordered the Premom tests and downloaded the app. Have been testing daily since CD10, currently CD14 and my LH levels are going down and not up? Is this normal? I assumed they would go up. My predicted ovulation day is CD19

Has anyone else had this? As I said I’ve not used them before so haven’t really got a clue what I am doing or what the numbers mean 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

They look normal, you’ll find they’ll get darker soon, you could also only find that they are dark and you get you peak for one day and then they start dropping again; here’s my chart for reference. They fluxcuate up and down.
also, are you using second urine of the day?
first morning urine is usless for the test, I try to have my first morning wee, drink little and hold as long as I can then use second. Also coming up to your predicted ovulation test twice a day to make sure you catch your peak 💜

@Nmmck93 Thank you for the reply! 😊 I will keep testing! I have been testing in the evenings after work, is it better to test in the morning then? I leave the house early for school run then work and don’t get in until evening so have just been doing them then x

Mine tend to peak around midday so I’ve tested twice a day this month to make sure I really understood what my levels were doing. Reading online it seems this is fairly typical. My FMU is never darker than about 0.4.

Here’s my peak day (where I actually tested three times). I would have missed it had I only tested in the morning.

I’ve been carrying around a little pouch in my work bag with strips and a collection tube in it 🤣 glamorous stuff!

Sorry if this is a stupid question! I’m new to ovulation tests and can’t quite understand how to read a positive! I have attached a picture.

I had a chemical pregnancy on the 14th of June and then bled for 5 days. I took an ovulation the day after and they have all been coming back like this. Is it possible I’m ovulating?

@AAK1 have you taken a pregnancy test to make sure they are negative and that your HCG has completely dropped?

That ovulation test looks like a positive, I would also advise downloading the Premom app where you can upload your tests and it will help you keep track of cycle days and positive and peak tests like below.

@AAK1 it does like a good positive and peak will occur not long after that one if that's not alrwady your peak! Fingers crossed. Just baby dance to make sure you're covered. 💜

I didn’t realise it was possible to ovulate so soon after bleeding! The other half and I dtd a few days before I got a positive ovulation do you think pregnancy is possible?? I guess my body may be out of sync…

@Nmmck93 I have the Premom app but it really confused me . Have a look at my readings.
It goes from high to low to high to low…

I've been contemplating getting these ones. I've been using Clearblue but they are costing a fortune. I know what I'm doing with those though so next cycle (if nothing happens this one) I'm going to get some of these and use them alongside the Clearblue to see if they are in sync.

UPDATE mine has started going back up! Seemed to have jumped quite a bit in one day? xx

This is my current cycle, I’ve only been testing for 2 months but in both months I’ve seen a big jump up to the peak
